【求助】iTunes Store亂註冊的問題

這兩年來


我聽mp3用的軟體一直都是Foobar2000


雖然他到現在還只是測試版


但他的音質卻是打死一大堆商業軟體





不過原始介面實在丑到爆（裝了美化版之後 介面也只是普普的）


後來聽說可以用iTunes聽歌


但核心可以外掛Foobar2000


於是就抓了iTunes來玩玩





現實是幻滅的開始


裝了iTunes之後的感覺也不過爾爾


雖然他有專輯封面的功能


不過預設卻不能用（需於iTunes Store註冊）





於是就點進iTunes Store去註冊


但是亂點之後卻一直都沒有成功


於是就去睡覺了





隔天就接到"會打人"銀行打來的電話


說我在昨天是不是刷了一筆15元的帳單（後來知道是台幣）


他們之所以會打來確定是因為刷的幣值是美金 而且很小額（怕試刷）


所以才打來確認


（在此順便罵罵中信跟花旗 "會打人"銀行雖然會將債權外包給不良卻合法的摧收公司 但他們至少還會關心一下不正常消費行為）


這時我才知道昨晚iTunes Store雖沒有註冊成功


不過卻被PayPal扣款了（15*8+跨海手續費*8）





所以我想請教的是我該向誰追討我的錢？


（雖然金額不大）
